研究亮點

痠是國人常見的症狀，但並未獲醫界或科學界重視，我們最新的臨床研究顯示，許多所謂“慢性疼痛”的疾病如：下背痛、纖維肌痛症等，“痠”與“痛”其實是兩種不同的症狀，並有不同的臨床衝擊與藥物反應。由於目前並無止痠藥物可用，透過痠覺研究，可避免止痛藥物的混用，預期可大幅降低慢性痠痛的無效治療，並提供治療慢性痠的建議與研究方向。

有鑑於此，於2018年，我們提出了世界獨一無二的痠覺理論(Sngception)來解讀體感覺神經對組織酸化或機械力刺激的獨特反應，以區隔痠(Sng)與痛(Pain)的差異。痠覺理論挑戰並顛覆過去百年來，痛覺神經生物學所建立的理論與相關臨床應用的準則。“痠覺理論”將會是改變“疼痛醫學”未來幾十年研究方向的重要發現與理論基礎，並能讓台灣站上世界第一的地位，提高醫界和科學界對痠的重視，最終解決長期困擾無數人們的痠痛問題。
